Bashar Zein is a film-maker and graphic designer, currently based in Turkey. Following his degree in fine and applied arts, he became a lecturer at Aleppo University, teaching Visual Communication. He is currently working in the field of video arts and media design.
Resurrection explores notions of life and death. Through music and the Sufi Dervishes Dance, Bashar attempts to communicate the complex details of the very last moments of tortured detainees.
